PeninsuLawyers (the “Controller”), domiciled in the Yucatán Peninsula, Mexico, in compliance with the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (“LFPDPPP”), provides this Privacy Notice.

• Identification data (name, tax ID, government-issued ID)
• Contact data (email, phone, address)
• Financial data related to your legal matter
• Legal documents and attorney communications
• Payment information processed by Stripe Inc.

Processing purposes

• Delivery of contracted legal services
• Case file management
• Matter-related communication
• Invoicing and fee collection
• Compliance with legal and tax obligations

Data sharing

Your data may be shared with: (i) judicial, administrative or tax authorities when legally required; (ii) Stripe Inc. (payment processor); (iii) Supabase (infrastructure provider); (iv) Resend (email service); (v) DocuSign (e-signature). These transfers are necessary for service delivery.

Your rights (ARCO)

You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition (ARCO) and revoke consent by emailing josebolio@peninsulawyers.com. You may also file a complaint with INAI (home.inai.org.mx).

Security measures

We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards: TLS in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access, multi-factor authentication, and audit logging.
