- Legal documents and attorney communications
- Payment information processed by Stripe Inc.

- Delivery of contracted legal services
- Case file management
- Matter-related communication
- Invoicing and fee collection
- Compliance with legal and tax obligations
Data sharing
Your data may be shared with: (i) judicial, administrative or tax authorities when legally required; (ii) Stripe Inc. (payment processor); (iii) Supabase (infrastructure provider); (iv) Resend (email service); (v) DocuSign (e-signature). These transfers are necessary for service delivery.
Your rights (ARCO)
You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition (ARCO) and revoke consent by emailing josebolio@peninsulawyers.com. You may also file a complaint with INAI (home.inai.org.mx).
Security measures
We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards: TLS in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access, multi-factor authentication, and audit logging.
